At One Step Trust, we believe education is the most powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and building a brighter, more equitable future. Our education programs are designed to provide children, youth, and adults—regardless of their background—with access to quality learning opportunities.
One Step works with various age groups and children with different educational needs. While some of them stay with their parents, some stay at Orphanages. Those who are not going to School, Those who lives in Slums, Those who are addicted to Bad Habits.
However, all of them need a certain kind of interest when it comes to education. We, at One Step have planned educational Programs based on the needs of the children. The focus is to recreate the joy of learning and to develop their education.
School no: 51 - Poornaipodu Government Residential School for Tribal Children.
In a meaningful initiative, our organization successfully conducted a donation drive at a local government school located inside the Biligirirangana Hills forest area, Yalanduru tq, Chamarajanagara Dist. The region is economically backward, and the local families face significant financial challenges. Recognizing the need for support, our NGO, alongside our dedicated donors, distributed essential educational supplies—including school bags, stationery kits, and water bottles—to 55 students. Representatives from our organization and the donor community interacted with the children, inspiring them to pursue their studies diligently, and wished them a prosperous educational journey ahead.
School no: 52 - Chaatipura Govt Schools, Yalanduru tq Chamarajanagara Dist
Education is a fundamental right, but for many children in remote areas, even basic resources remain out of reach. Recognizing this gap, our NGO recently organized a successful educational aid drive at the Government School in Chatipura Village. This place is identified as a socio-economically backward region. Families here face severe financial constraints, making it difficult to afford quality educational supplies for their children. Understanding these ground realities, our team stepped forward to support 325 deserving students by distributing comprehensive Stationery Kits. Each kit was carefully curated to ensure that no child’s learning is hindered by a lack of basic tools. Beyond the distribution, our members interacted with the children, encouraging them to pursue their dreams fearlessly. On behalf of our entire organization and our core supporters, we wish these bright young minds a prosperous and successful academic future ahead!
School no: 53 - Honganuru High Govt School, Yalanduru tq Chamarajanagara Dist
We distributed stationery kits to around 60 students studying at the Government School in Honganuru. This school is located in an economically backward area. Recognizing their need, our organization stepped forward to provide educational support and wished the children the very best for their bright future.
School no: 54 Murati Palya Government Residential School for Tribal Children
Our organization provided educational support by distributing stationery kits to 85 bright students at the Murutaipalya Government School. Located near the forest foothills, this community requires financial and social empowerment. We stepped in to help these children and wished them a very bright future ahead!
School no: 55 - BR Hils Govt Primery School, Yalanduru tq Chamarajanagara Dist
Our organization successfully conducted an educational support drive at the Government High School located inside the Biligiriranganabetta forest range. Enveloped by dense forest, this region remains economically underserved, making it difficult for families to afford proper school supplies. Recognizing this need, especially during the crucial exam season, our team distributed 47 Stationery Kits and Exam Writing Pads specifically to high school students. This initiative aims to ease their exam preparation and boost their morale. On behalf of our NGO and supporters, we extended our best wishes to the SSLC students for their upcoming board examinations.
School no : 56 - Devarahalli Govt Primery School, Yalanduru tq Chamarajanagara Dist
The Devarahalli Government Primary School is located in the Yelandur Taluk of Chamarajanagar District. This school and its surrounding areas are highly underdeveloped and economically backward. Recognizing this need, our organization stepped forward to extend a small token of support to around 55 students studying there.
School no: 57 Alkereagrahara Govt Primery School, Yalanduru tq Chamarajanagara Dist
Alkere Agrahara is a highly underdeveloped village where children are often deprived of basic educational facilities. Recognizing this critical need, our organization stepped forward to support the local Government Primary School. We distributed Stationery Kits to around 70 students and conducted a session highlighting the true importance of education. We concluded the drive by wishing these young learners a bright future ahead.
School no: 58 - Kodimole School, Yalanduru tq Chamarajanagara Dist
Just as the saying goes, “The promise of a botanical sprout is seen in its early shoots”, we believe in nurturing potential at the very root. Our organization distributed stationery kits to 79 little toddlers at the Pre-Nursery School, supporting their very first steps into the world of education.
