What We Do
1. Education
One Step works with various age groups and children with different educational needs. While some of them stay with their parents, some stay at Orphanages. Those who are not going to School, Those who lives in Slums, Those who are addicted to Bad Habits.
However, all of them need a certain kind of interest when it comes to education. We, at One Step have planned educational Programs based on the needs of the children. The focus is to recreate the joy of learning and to develop their education
How do we make It Possible?
The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act was passed in 2009. But also Education is not reaching up to the mark for Children. However, the implementations of the act on the ground level is slow and still a long process.
One Step strongly believes in the capacity of education and is putting effort to ensure that every child get Special care to get opportunity to his/her right to education.
2. Skill Development & Livelihood Programs

In the vast country like India, we have many villages than cities here youths in rural, Slums in City’s lacks in education as well as skill from this reasons though they have capacity to work, they are not able to get skill knowledge. We mainly concentrate on these areas, find the right people and we create employment opportunities, livelihood programs by giving Skill Development Programs Under this various sector we conduct skill development programs like Tailoring, Beautician, Sales, Computer Training.
We give two to three months of Training under various programs, Once they get Trained we give job placements opportunities and if they are willing to start up the own business we help and support them like buying a Tailoring Machine, Beauty Parlour Kit etc.
3. Specially Abled Children/Adults
One Step works towards creating an open to everyone in society and equal opportunities for specially-abled children. We create awareness and most importantly, disabled children Education, Special Attention, special care, love and support.
We believe that if these children get right education, Food & Shelter, Skills and employment opportunity even they can prove themselves in this Society.
How do we make It Possible?
One Step strongly believes in the capacity of education for everyone. In this special case we work passionately towards disabled’s. We reach them through many ways and help them in their needs like Health, Food, Shelter, Education, Jobs, Wheel Chair and Self Employment Etc.
One step also adopts some government schools, private schools, orphanage homes, disabled centres, medical camp centres.
4. Animal Rescue and Save Nature
One Step, here we rescue animals like Cow, Dog and Cat. We will rescue animals and also we will give chance to adopt others also. Once a cow grows old and stop giving milk, their owner sale them because they are of no use to them. This type of case is becoming more day by day, these aids in slaughtering, and some leave old cows on street. Here cow suffer various problems like in search of foods, fell ill, weather changes, due to lack of care they can suffer from diseases and may die also.
How do we make It Possible?
How people help themselves when they face difficulties, they take help and do help to others. Same way we should take special interest in rescuing cow and other animals, here each and everyone’s part place an important role. We create awareness about the diseases which Animals faces and about to overcome them about the treatment.
We open goushalas, adopt Animal Rescue Centre and rescue such betrayed cows & Animals.
